I’m Cinnamon. I’m a trauma-informed sex and relationship coach—but more than that, I’m a survivor.
I survived childhood sexual abuse and torture. The kind of pain that doesn’t just live in your memories—it leaves marks on your body. I have the scars to prove it.
I was around 10 when I entered the system. It saved my life, but not my spirit. Therapy back then didn’t help. It made me more afraid, more shut down. I didn’t make friends. I didn’t want the judgment, the questions, or the shame that was never mine to begin with.
For years, I carried my story in silence. I didn’t talk about the past because I didn’t want to be defined by it.
And still, I built a life. I married my childhood sweetheart—someone who has always seen me beneath the scars. Together, we’ve raised two incredible children who remind me every day of what love looks like when it’s safe, honest, and real.
My healing didn’t come from textbooks or traditional therapy. It came from doing the hard, somatic, soul-deep work of reclaiming my body, my voice, and my right to pleasure, connection, and peace.
That’s what I help others do now.
I created Next Level Intimacy Coaching because there aren’t enough spaces for survivors to reconnect with their bodies and relationships without shame. Especially not around here. So I built one.
I work with people of all genders, bodies, and backgrounds who are ready to heal—on their own terms. Whether you’ve survived trauma, struggled in intimacy, or just want to feel more alive in your love and your body, I hold space for that work.
This isn’t surface-level healing. This is deep, embodied transformation. This is yours.
“Survival made me loud. This is not the end of my story.”
